For the second year, Devon Artist Network is offering its Emerging Artist Bursary scheme to encourage new and emerging artists to take part in our annual Devon Open Studios event in 2012. They are particularly keen to encourage artists looking to take their first steps into professional practice and we'd be grateful for your help in circulating this information to any likely candidates.
