We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced arts sector manager, with the ability to lead both the artistic development and the team at the Ashcroft Arts Centre. You will have the opportunity to create programming, build community partnerships and develop a diverse audience. The position is responsible for managing the operations, budget and premises with the support of a dedicated team.
