Client Liaison and Admin Support Assistant, Crafts and Giggles

Crafts and Giggles are hiring! They are looking for a part time Client Liaison and Admin Support Assistant, to cover maternity leave for 9 months commencing October 17th 2016. The job role will be based at Crafts and Giggles friendly head office in Poole, Dorset.

Summary:

Vacancy – Client Liaison and Admin Support Assistant (Maternity Cover, 9 Months)

Hours of Work - 20 hours per week - Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM until 3.00 PM – excluding public holidays

Location – Poole, Dorset

Rate of Pay - TBC

Your duties will include:

To answer incoming calls

To take bookings

To respond to email enquires

To liaise with workshop providers

To liaise with the office Event Coordinator

To maintain spreadsheets and tracking

To prepare, process and assist with all PR, marketing and advertising.

To generally perform and assist with all office administration duties to include but not limited to tasks such as, office invoicing, photocopying, stationery ordering, purchasing, and posting.

You will be:

The position will suit a highly motivated, articulate, calm, people person, with strong communication skills

Has a passion for the arts

Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc

Have a flexible approach to work with the ability to multi-task

A good team player

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong organisational/time management skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Self-motivated and confident

Trustworthy

Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
