I run workshops entitled Art for Hearts Sake which are designed to explore your feelings and emotions through the creativity of art. Please see my website for further details

I am a professionaly qualified counsellor integrating a variety of theoretical approaches such as Gestalt, CBT, TA. I also include body orientated and transpersonal work.

My love of animals and nature has led me to explore the ways in which I can include the healing spirit of nature within my sessions, through visualisation, mediation, sand tray and creative arts and through working in the outdoors and amongst animals.
