As well as our low key, relaxed broadcast studio, we have a larger room where bands can play live, with a small audience, where we can put up little arts exhibitions, hold workshops, meetings and talks, and get together to make carnival costumes, bunting or whatever else we need. Soundart Radio members sometimes run their own workshops there, in drawing, singing, voice work or other creative skills, and we often have school groups up for a visit, usually with their lunchboxes. We've also hosted the occasional mini-opera. We're open to suggestions and ideas, with a preference for sonic arts and new music but we love community arts of all shapes and sizes.
