The retreat offers an introduction to a plethora of wild edible plants - you will be shown not only how to identify them, but also discover the different plant stories, their nutritional values, their folklore, mystery and history.

As you explore the local landscape, you’ll learn some simple contemplative practices, gather as you go and return to feast on the abundant wild edible plants that you would have encountered. Foraging re-awakens your senses so you gain a greater appreciation of the land, and your place in the natural cycles and rhythms of life.
