FREE POPUP BUSINESS SCHOOL

A free PopUp Business School is coming to Huddersfield in October to help local people who are not in employment start their own business.

The PopUp Business School approach is the opposite of traditional approaches to starting a business. They don't believe in business plans, loans or grants because it puts more people off than it helps.

The scheme is part of the Positive People Hopeful Families programme, funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund.

From Monday 15th October, the PopUp Business School will run a ten-day course at the Yorkshire Children’s Centre, Brian Jackson House, Huddersfield to help potential entrepreneurs, small businesses and start-ups take their business ideas forward.
