PACE: Participation in the Arts and Creative Economy for 16-25

PACE: Participation in the Arts and Creative Economy for 16-25

Are you aged 16 to 25, living in Kirklees and interested in a career in the creative sector?

The PACE Project is a new initiative for Kirklees. Designed to help young people access career opportunities in the creative sector. The creative industries contribute over £100m per annum to the Kirklees’ economy and is continuing to grow. It is diverse, exciting and at the forefront of change.

The PACE Project is an opportunity for young people to gain training and skills specifically for the creative sector, tailoring the training to individual organisations and their project needs.

Successful participants will be offered volunteer placements with arts organisations on real projects, giving them a genuine opportunity to make their mark and gain real world experience. This will benefit both the local young people of Kirklees and help our creative industries to grow.
