Participation Producer, Leeds Playhouse

Are you a creative and organised individual with a passion for creativity and participation? Join Leeds Playhouse in the new role of Participation Producer to run projects as part of the Creative Engagement team, connecting with individuals and groups across the city, and maximising the impact of the programme.

You will be responsible for supporting the efficient running of the department, with long term planning, introduction of efficient administrative systems and identifying potential gaps. You will also plan and deliver partnership projects to increase our reach and develop ideas from the first conversations into full activity and performances. Your work will cross the breadth of the Creative Engagement offer meaning you will be equally at home with all people regardless of their age, background, culture or experiences.

You will be working in collaboration with Creative Engagement, Producers, Marketing and Communications, the wider Playhouse teams and with external partners.

The post is initially for 18 months with potential to become a longer term permanent position. The role is full time but we are open to hearing from people interested in part time or job sharing. The role pays £24k per year or pro rata if part time.
