Programme Director - Creative People and Places (Flux)

Voluntary Action Rotherham is seeking an ambitious and creative Programme Director to lead on the design and development of the Flux Programme in Rotherham, identifying and implementing new models of systems change.

The Programme Director will be a senior leader with a proven track record of delivering creative change management programmes, inspiring communities and managing diverse teams of freelances, volunteers and staff. They will be engaging, credible and confident individual to lead this action research programme, adapting to learning and managing the conflicting agendas across a co-production process. A self-starter with a passion for culture, arts and heritage, the new Programme Director will be well-connected in the sector and able to galvanise and inspire communities, artists, funders and consortium partners to achieving the aims of the programme.
