Me Time - Mindfulness Course
Community Action Dacorum are relaunching the Me Time, Facebook Live course, with George Enaid.
Similar to the course we last offered in 2020 - this is ideal for you if you need a return to mindfulness, and an opportunity to get support to hit that re-set button.
Starting on Monday 3rd October for 8 weeks. The course fee is £15, and fee waivers are available if you are in receipt of benefits or experiencing financial hardship. Please get in touch.
