THE POSITION

Full P&L and operational responsibility, strengthening financial success and building the brand.

Identify, develop and implement business development opportunities to enhance sustainability and optimise financial performance.

Lead and motivate large team, developing expertise and enhancing performance. Ensure operational and commercial best practice.

Work in partnership with owners at all levels. Develop community ties to build local economy and profile of the business.

THE CANDIDATE

Ambitious and charismatic Director with excellent track record in a commercial environment. Hospitality, culture and leisure sector experience advantageous.

Commercially astute and financially literate with strong people management skills. Proven ability to deliver results.

Excellent communicator, able to build consensus through strong and effective relationships.

Decisive and strategically adept yet focused on delivery via exacting service standards. Proactive and pragmatic outlook; hands-on and passionate.
