Battersea Arts Centre is a public space where people come together to be creative, see shows and explore local heritage. The organisation’s mission is to inspire people to take creative risks to shape the future. Shows and projects developed at Battersea Arts Centre also travel across the UK and the world.

The Executive & HR Co-ordinator will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO), providing strong administrative support as well as taking a lead on particular areas. You will also provide daily support to Chief Operating Officer through tasks such as diary management and drafting correspondence.

We are interested in applications from people from all walks of life, who have a belief and commitment to Battersea Arts Centre’s mission. This role would be ideally suited to someone who has some previous professional administration experience and is interested working at the heart of organisational admin. Through this you will gain experience of working across areas such as business planning, governance reporting and human resources. You will also gain an insight into, and have the opportunity to help shape, the way that Battersea Arts Centre works as an organisation, forming strong connections with people from across teams and working creatively with them.

Salary: £22,000-£23,500 pa gross pro-rata
