Salary: circa. £45,000
Location: Basingstoke & across Hampshire
Hours: 37 (full time)

Hampshire Cultural Trust was established in 2014 to promote Hampshire as a great cultural county, and our vision is to be renowned for creating world-class cultural experiences that enrich and transform lives. We manage and support 26 arts and museums attractions across Hampshire and deliver county-wide outreach programmes that bring great culture to local communities. We also deliver a diverse range of wider social impact initiatives targeted at those who are most vulnerable or disadvantaged and who would not usually have access to arts and culture.
We are looking to appoint a Head of Culture Hubs to develop and lead the identity, audience growth and commercial results of a diverse range of operations ranging from costume hire to arts centres and community museums. You will have considerable operational experience of multi-site venues and the ability to lead internal and external stakeholders through periods of change and development projects.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level with significant commercial and operational experience in a similar role.
