Learning Officer - Torre Abbey

You will assist with the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the cultural education and skills programme, working pro-actively with the wider team, creative organisations and other professionals. You will create a learning strategy to engage the public in line with the ethos of Torre Abbey in liaison with the Exhibitions and Programmes Officer and link this to seasonal programmes, visitor numbers and income targets. You will use educational projects and activities to develop audiences and encourage participation from under-represented groups. You will contribute to exhibition programmes and other support activities to develop informal learning experiences for all sections of the community. You will generate additional funding and assist the Exhibitions and Programmes Officer in managing volunteer programmes and external contractors relating to educational and learning opportunities
