Partnerships Manager, Cheltenham Festivals

Cheltenham Festivals is a leading cultural organisation with around 36 days of festivals of Literature, Jazz, Music and Science as well as year round educational projects.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fundraising or marketing professional, to join our Development team to help generate the income and support needed to deliver 4 of the UK’s most prestigious cultural festivals. The postholder will manage a number of accounts directly and oversee the management and activation of partner benefits of their direct accounts in the lead up to, and during, each festival. They will also support the Head of Partnerships in developing and delivering retention and uplift plans for their partners and work closely with our Marketing and Programming teams.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience of developing business, who enjoys building external relationships and maximising opportunities for both partners.

This role is for somebody who can work well under pressure and is familiar with working to deadlines and in a cross team environment, with competing priorities.

Experience of working in a Charity or an arts organisation is desirable, but not essential.
