Programme Manager, Nuffield

Programme Manager, Nuffield

Nuffield is at an exciting time of transition. Under the leadership of Sam Hodges it has been reinvigorated as a producing theatre company for Southampton and in 2015 won The Stage award for Best Regional Theatre. In 2017 Nuffield becomes the operating company of the North Building in Southampton’s new arts venue – Studio 144 - which it will run alongside its existing theatre on the University of Southampton campus.

To support the growth of the company, Nuffield is now recruiting for a Programme Manager. This role is responsible for the effective coordination of the theatres’ artistic programme and for programming and supporting the presented programme including touring theatre and dance productions, as well as the comedy, music and spoken word programmes. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in all departments and external relationship building with visiting companies, including seeing work around the country.
