Senior Box Office Assistant, Bath Festivals Box Office
Bath Festivals Box Office are recruiting for a friendly, enthusiastic person to join their team. Do you have an interest in arts, culture and customer service?
This is an exciting job for someone looking to develop a career in the arts, sales and marketing.
You will be working as part of the box office team selling tickets over the phone, counter and processing online sales. Liaising with clients, staff and customers, setting up events on our Patronbase software and uploading events and articles to our website using Wordpress. Assisting with social media and updating the box office website.
The chosen candidate will have an interest in developing their career in arts administration, sales and marketing, excellent customer care skills, enjoy working as part of a team, be self-motivated, have outstanding organisation skills and pay excellent attention to detail.
The appointment will be made for a twelve month fixed term, ideally starting in September 2016.
