Torbay Culture Strategy launched...

Here you will find the strategy itself: ENJOY, TALK, DO, BE... a cultural strategy for Torbay and its communities 2014-2024 – together with a separate summary and other supporting documents. The Strategy was approved by Torbay Council in September 2014 and has the full support of Arts Council England and TDA.
