Online Seated Dance with Louise

Louise from Dacorum Community is running seated dance sessions at 11am each Tuesday during term time. The sessions are delivered on Zoom and are a fun way to improve flexibility and enjoy moving to music from your chair, as well as connecting with others.

The sessions are particularly suitable for older adults or those with limited mobility.
