So the story goes that the hut that is now used as a sea food kiosk was, during WWII a NAAFI hut on Torquay sea front. After the war it was brought over to Paignton to be used for storage... then falling on to disrepair in may be the 1970s it was annexed by a local entrepreneur to ply his trade... and so now this is how it remains.

Called Molly Malone as a self aware gimmick to sell 'shellfish ... alive, alive oh'... the kiosk is a popular, Mediterranean style setting on a summers day for sea food cuisine... TQ4 6DS.. on the quayside
