All music to be performed by local professional musicians with internationally acclaimed performance careers:
Iryna Ilnytska, Mezzo-Soprano (Civica Scuola di Musica Claudio Abbado, Milan, Italy)
Iryna’s opera stage debut in Switzerland was the role of she-devil in Shostakovich’s opera “Balda” at the theatres “Rigiblick” and “La fourmi”.
Her first role in the UK was Idamante in Mozart's opera "Idomeneo" at Teignmouth music festival with Red Earth Opera. She also performed the role of Third Lady in Mozart’s opera "The Magic Flute" with Somerset Opera. In October 2016 she sang the role of Lola in P. Mascagni’s opera “Cavalleria rusticana” together with Red Earth Opera. Iryna sang solos in Mozart's Coronation Mass K317 and Vespers K339, as well as alto solo in G.F. Handel’s “Messiah” at Exeter Cathedral.

Jane Anderson-Brown, Soprano (York and Reading Universities)
In her varied experience she has sung most of the G&S canon, including rarities such as Dorcas (Haddon Hall), Julia Jellicoe (The Grand Duke) and Hearts Delight (The Rose of Persia). Other operatic roles performed in production include 2nd lady (Magic Flute), Nicklausse (Hoffmann), Sesto (Clemenza di Tito), Dido (Dido and Aeneas) and Martha (Mefistofele) as well as a huge range of parts in semi-staged extracts. She has sung in opera choruses in performances in Holland Park, and comprimario parts with companies using professional soloists. She created major roles for Stephen McNeff (1001 Nights) and Howard Moody (All Change). She covered Frasquita (Carmen) for New Devon Opera in 2011 and performed as the Aunt (Madame Butterfly) in 2012. She has performed widely in oratorio and as a concert soloist. She has also given numerous recitals of Art song, and more popular classical songs and standards. She has musically directed both opera and lighter shows and currently the musical director for the Torbay Gilbert and Sullivan Society, Red Earth Opera and Quay Harmony (a ladies choir in Brixham).

Ekaterina Shetliffe, Piano (Dargomizsky College of Music, Russia)
As s graduate of Dargomizsky College of Music in Russia, Ekaterina has enjoyed the career of a concert pianist, giving regular solo performances and accompanying vocalists and instrumentalists in Russia, Sweden and the UK. She appeared at various venues including Dartington Space, The Dartmouth Flavel, Exeter Cathedral, as well as taking part in local Festivals and events. Ekaterina is part of a Piano and Violin duo ‘Elegance’, formed by two graduates of Russia’s Colleges and performing regularly locally and around UK. Ekaterina is also a dedicated piano teacher, working in Exeter University, Exeter Pianoroom and Taunton Queen’s College.
