Thousands of seafood and music lovers will be in Brixham, Devon on September 10th 2011 to celebrate Britain’s finest fishing heritage and wonderful local seafood.
2 live theatre kitchens where Brixham’s quality seafood will be prepared, cooked and served by some of the region’s best chefs, including Richard Hunt, the celebrated Executive Chef at the Grand Hotel Torquay, Andy Sewell from the Quayside Hotel, Richard Galpin, head of catering at S D College, Russell Goodwin from Occombe Farm, plus David & Holly Jones who together are Manna from Devon. Moshi Moshi Japanese Sushi chefs from London. Master fishmongers Duncan & Sue Lucas are Passionate about Fish!
Fish and seafood products will be prominent amongst the many market stalls, including The Blue Sea Food Company, The Potted Fish Co, The Potted Crab Co, Robert's Fisheries and Ian Perkes Fish Merchants.

The show will also feature local food products and drinks, including the "Well Hung Meat Company", Riverford Organic Home Delivery Service, Cheezeboard, Curworthy Cheeses, Feniton Fudge, Chocolate Heaven made in Devon. Fine wines by Romanet and Castang. Bays Brewery and Crown & Anchor Bars.
Hot food by JJ Catering, Ocks Kitchen, The Veggie Deli, Fancy-That & Diablo Deli.
2 live sound stages will feature local and international dance troupes and rising musical talent of all descriptions from across the region.

Dance performances by Kalash ATS Belly dancers, Kay Jackson's Brixham Bollywood Belles, Beats of Polynesia, Cats Eye Morris, Shuffle the Deck and a Tai Chi demonstration class by Rita Mikalauskas.

Artists and crafts-people will display and demonstrate their skills. Marine and maritime heritage, including fishing industry skills workshops will delight young and not-so-young. Traditional and modern methods will provide visual delight.
Modern crab boats and beam trawlers will be open for public tours (subject to tides and safety considerations). Heritage fishing boats will also be on display at the port heritage pontoon.
