Mostly a multimedia designer who likes to work with individuals and companies from the creative sector. I also deliver workshops at HEIs on engaging constructively with the WWW.

Recently I completed my research at the University of York during which i was exploring ways in which breath-training could be introduced (within a practical and secular framework) to primary schools in England. As part of this research I worked with a number of school children in York. Since completing my research I had the good fortune to travel to Japan and work with school children and teachers across five cities.
