We are committed to building a stronger more sustainable voluntary and community sector in Hertfordshire.

As part of Hertfordshire Community Foundation, our Training and Development team provide workforce development and capacity-building for the voluntary sector.

In recent years we have also expanded our provision to offer whole organisation development via the Building Effectiveness programme.

HCF Training and Development currently offers the following projects and services:
