Interim HR Manager , Opera North

Opera North are seeking an HR Manager to provide interim cover to maintain and enhance Opera North’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies and practices.

You will act as the first point of contact for pastoral support to administration personnel and line manage the HR Assistant responsible for maintaining HR systems. This role is intended to provide experienced management of the HR function at Opera North while a review of the department is conducted. Ideally the post holder would bring their experience and perspective into this process. We are flexible on nature of support offered and would be willing to discuss with the right candidate either a full or part time contract for a period of six months.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with people at all levels. The role will be full-time, and a combination of in office/home working (currently time split 50/50) based at Howard Opera Centre, LS1 6PA.

Salary: c.£35,000 (pro rata/negotiable in line with days worked)
