Marina Poppa to appear in A Firm of Poets UK Tour

Mirfield-based Performance Poet, Marina Poppa will be appearing in A Firm of Poets at CAST, Doncaster on Thursday 22nd Oct, alongside Firm founders, Ralph Dartford & Matt Abbott and South Yorkshire Spoken Word Sensation, Gav Roberts.

this is just one stop on a UK Tour for A Firm of Poets, whose trajectory has been Firmly (!) upwards, since they formed back in 2013.

Marina began writing and performing Poetry after working on a speech for a Carnival character. Previously only comfortable performing in disguise during Carnival, Marina has discovered a new confidence through this dynamic and powerful Artform.
