For those feelings and emotions difficult to put into words we may use Sand Tray, art, visualisation, writing, or even outdoors amongst nature.

We may work with mindfulness to equip you with tools to help manage your anxiety and stress in your everyday life.

Besides my private practice I work for Assist Trauma Care working with families bereaved by homicide.
