Linda Goss - The Bolshoi trained Ballerina will be attending workshops for Primary School participants.
Simon Drew - The Dartmouth based artist will be supporting the Festival.

The Torbay Bookshop, The Palace Theatre, The Bijous Theatre Company and ROC Creative will all be working in association with Telling Tales.

For further information contact festival coordinator Jess Hunter at Paington Community & Sports College on 01803 403005.

Paignton Community & Sports College is working in collaboration with twenty Torbay Primary Schools, experts from the local community, as well as local businesses, groups and organisations as part of an exciting festival that will culminate in a final performance in the Spring 2011.
Telling Tales is a celebration of identity, heritage and creativity and the festival organiser, Jess Hunter (Advanced Skills Teacher) is looking for volunteers from the community. Participants will be benefitting from staff and director sessions, cast workshops and an opportunity to showcase their hard work in their own schools and venues as well as in the final celebration in March 2011. If you are a local artist, performer, writer, business, organisation or group who wants to get involved or simply support the festival through sponsorship, please contact Jess on 01803 403005. Funders so far are: Torbay LA, The Cooperative, British Council (Connecting Classrooms) and Business Enterprise.
