The Kents Cavern Foundation (KCF) has ambitions to establish and maintain a Centre for Prehistory and Geology at Kents Cavern. Elements of the facility will be dedicated to providing resources for educational, scientific and cultural activities, aimed at a wide cross section of the general public.
Project Firestone is The Kents Cavern Foundation’s Heritage Lottery funded project which aims at encouraging the general public to identify, look after and celebrate the exceptional prehistoric heritage in the area, in particular, the ancient human occupation of Kents Cavern and other cave sites.
