It's Grim Up North, But its, Shut Down South.

This sketch to me represents the death of Britton, as we know it. His cape roughly follows the islands familiar shape and his scythes casting its grim shadow over the southwest. The picture as a whole is a symbolic reference to the recession and the southwest being one of the worst affected areas.
