From August 12th to the 31st 2013 I will be showing an exhibition of my latest sea paintings at the Flavel Arts Centre in Dartmouth. These are not just any sea paintings - but sea with attitude! Don't expect calm azure seas. I aim to capture the energy and movement of the sea, especially stormy weather. I spent some time studying the waves crashing onto Slapton Sands during the winter and was mesmerised by the breathtaking force of the sea. I hope the paintings capture the feeling of being there.
