Soundart Radio - trustees sought

Soundart Radio 1025.fm has recently been awarded another 5 year licence by the Office of Communications. We are looking for trustees who understand our work and can help support the station to move forward and thrive.

Our aims
• Provide a continuous broadcast on FM radio and online.
• Stimulate the active engagement of local people in their community.
• Give people the freedom, opportunity and skills to learn and express their diverse voices through radio.
• Create contemporary sound and music and promote it to new audiences.
• Build the Soundart Radio listenership locally, nationally and internationally.
• Develop the capacity of the station to enable it to flourish.

Being a trustee is a vital voluntary role, and the job of the board is to make sure we continue to fulfil licence commitments as well as functioning healthily and legally in every way.
