Black and white shapes in Queensgate Market

Black and white shapes in Queensgate Market

There's a lovely new wall painted by artist Kasia Breska alongside the Temporary Contemporary gallery in Queensgate Market. Using black and white shapes, Kasia has livened up the wall space with her characteristic designs. This corner of the market is really looking good now - pop in and take a look.

If you're there on a Tuesday or Wednesday stop and have a chat with Victoria in Parlour.

Temporary Contemporary is an initiative which places contemporary art in vacant spaces within Queensgate Market. and is a partnership between the traders at Queensgate Market, Kirklees Council Markets and Creative Economy Teams and the School of Art, Design and Architecture, University of Huddersfield.
