WOVEN Open Planning Meeting - 1st meeting 16 Jan 2020

The team at WOVEN are currently in the early stages of thinking about WOVEN in 2021 and are keen to make the planning and development process as transparent and accessible as possible, to everyone involved in the pilot festival earlier this year and to anyone new who would like to get involved for 2021.

As a result, we will be holding Planning Meetings (open to all) roughly every three months to which anyone can bring general thoughts and ideas for WOVEN generally or plans for specific projects.

Each Open Planning Meeting could include:
- A presentation to highlight a key stand of festival content
- Updates from the curators
- Opportunities to present or talk about your projects and ideas as well as make connections and ask for any support you might need
- Informal opportunities to network with other WOVEN partners
- Future meetings will be in different locations so that we aren’t always asking everyone to travel to Huddersfield.

The first meeting is on Thursday 16 January, 6 - 8pm at the Lawrence Batley Theatre in Huddersfield. If you can't attend the meeting and have ideas or plans already please email woven@hatchprojects.org.uk
