ROC CREATIVE is an arts, media and education project and a part of the Robert Owen Communities, a registered charity providing education and vocational pathways for adults with learning disabilities.

Based at the Palace Theatre in Paignton and staffed by specialist practitioners with a wide range of arts interests and professional experience, ROC CREATIVE provides a creative environment for people to be able to express themselves artistically, whatever their abilities or disabilities.

We currently offer sessions in art, drama, dance, textiles, photography, jewellery-making, video and media production and samba. We also offer facitilies for music technology, digital art and animation.

There are opportunities to work on large group artworks and also on individual solo projects.
