THE ADVENTURISTS, if you havn't heard of them, believe it - they are a phenomena... 100% improvisation & 100% inspiration. 6 friends who are exceptionally talented, doing what they do best - letting music be the guide. A performance not to be missed... including Daniel Marcus Clark from Earfilms, The Magic Number & The Hat... Sam Walker - just brilliant, Daniel Smith (The Noisettes).
and launching the night ADAM SCRIVEN - a brilliant solo singer song-writer... originally from the South West he's been off in Oz, so expect some excellent guitar, slide, didgeridoo, harmonica and stomp box and good voice to boot.

Acoustic Haven is a unique community live acoustic music night in Totnes run entirely by volunteers, and raising awareness and funds for several local land based projects including The Hillyfield Woodland Farm on Dartmoor, and The Living Projects, Dartington.

Acoustic Haven is held on the last Friday of each month throughout the winter and is in its 8th Year.
More than just providing a fabulous community gathering with top quality live music and a brilliant atmosphere, Acoustic Haven offers the audience a unique café space to relax in, St John’s Church transformed into a bright and beautiful landscape of projected artworks by local artist Mike Boyer, illuminating the walls with seasonal photographs from nature, and oils with bright colours and abstract shapes. There are also flowing decorations of bright silks from India, and a wonderful lighting display in the worship area designed by local lighting specialist Clive Dragon.
