Creating Space: Mindfulness & Creative Inquiry Retreat for Women

Creating Space: Mindfulness & Creative Inquiry Retreat for Women

This Retreat at Sharpham gives you space to take time out for yourself to relax, breathe deeply, let go and be guided into your natural creative flow of well-being, exploring and experimenting in the supportive environment of other women.

During this retreat you'll learn how women respond differently to stress and you'll enhance your understanding of mind states that cause stress and anxiety.

Through mindfulness practices and expressive exercises, you'll experiment with new ways of responding differently and more creatively, finding ways to increase your capacity to be in your natural creative flow of well-being.

This retreat is open to all levels of experience and is not about 'artistic' skill. All that is required is an open, curious mind and a willingness to experiment. Bring a notebook and pen - all other materials will be provided.

This retreat is for you if you are:
