What have we got coming up next year?

What have we got coming up next year?

We're busy planning new events for 2020 and we're so excited about what's coming up.

All of our events are listed on our website where you can follow a link to buy tickets.

If you're looking for inspiration for a new start to the year, look no further than our talk by Dr Rangan Chatterjee. His new book "Feel Better in Five" gives you quick and realistic ideas for how to improve your whole well being in simple steps. If you're running around like a headless chicken, come and spend the evening reflecting with BBC Radio 4's Claudia Hammond on the Art of Rest. Want some inspiration for better eating (less meat, more sustainable foods, responsible sourcing) then Melissa Hemsley is the lady for you. Her new flexitarian cookbook "Eat Green" will be available to buy on the night.

We're hearing amazing early reviews of Sophie Hannah's new crime novel "Haven't They Grown" and if you'd like a heart-warming story of survival against all odd in a concentration camp, the Wendy Holden's book and talk "Born Survivors" will just blow you away. Especially as she's bringing one of the surviving children with her to the talk- amazing!

If you knowing what makes you tick, makes you tick then Neuroscientist all the way from the US, Dr Rahul Jandial will have you on the edge of your seat talking about the inner workings of the brain and what his patients have taught him over the years.

Are you all about the Sciences? Being your family to see Lucy Hawking inspire primary school children about the Universe. Philosophy? Then come and hear Rabbi Lord Sacks talk about morality.

And, if you are busting to write your own novel this year, then our creative writing course is running again this year. There's even a children's version if your kids fancy a go.

We're not done yet! That's just all the events that are already books with live tickets. Visit our website, join our mailing list or drop into the shop and never miss out!
