Yorkshire Dance: Operations Manager

Salary £26,000- £28,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you someone who is keen to develop their skills, has bags of initiative, and is a warm and enthusiastic team player with a keen interest in the arts, social justice and customer service? Are you looking to take your next step in operations management?

In return for the skills you bring, Yorkshire Dance is offering an opportunity for you to gain a rounded experience of building management in a busy arts organisation, including Front of House management, commercial hires, environmental sustainability, tenancies and related administrative practices. You will also be responsible for related procurement, implementing and maintaining the building’s policies and health and safety obligations.

You will be based in our city-centre building which hosts our offices, studio spaces and regular performances, giving you a real insight and experience of working in a lively performance venue.

You don’t need a background in the arts but previous experience of operations management and a passion for the arts is essential.
