Gallery Supervisor - 2 P/T permanent positions, Yvonne Coomber Art

We are a new gallery in Totnes, looking for two responsible, dynamic, sociable, creative individuals to job share the daily running of an Art Gallery. Experience of sales and customer care would be an advantage but is not necessary. IT literacy and familiarity with MS Office essential, experience of using Mac an advantage.

Tasks include:

Sales: assisting customers with purchases

Customer care: being welcoming, providing information, excellent service

Gallery admin: stock takes, maintenance of sales and order forms

Website Admin: updating company website, maintaining mailing lists

Finance: cash handling, operating electronic payment system

Plus light cleaning duties.

Hours: Monday to Saturday 10.30-5.00pm

Salary: £16,302 pro-rata
