Picasso had his blue period. How would you colour your life? What colours give you a feeling of greater strength? Which ones do you pull away from?
In this is a two and half hour workshop I offer the opportunity to explore your unique relationship to colour. Through movement, picture making, visualisation and sound we will discover how different colours effect us as individuals.
No Art skill or experience is necessary as it is the process and not the product which is the focus.

Birdwood House, is a lovely venue on the corner of Totnes market square. There is an art gallery on the ground floor, Walk past this and through glass window door, the room is at the top of the stairs on the left, I will be there by 2.15pm
