Urban Takeover - Call for artists

Hannahs at Seale-Hayne is preparing for a metropolitan invasion when Summer of Art – The Urban Takeover brings the creative heart of the city to the Devon countryside (15th June - 26th August inc). Building on our relationship with some of the most respected galleries in the UK, the gallery will feature a street art exhibition on loan from the V&A, including iconic pieces by the likes of Banksy, Blek le rat, Jamie Hewlett, Pure Evil and D’face. Alongside this we are offering paid commissions for artists working in this field. In addition to a large installation in the gallery itself, there are opportunities for artists to create work around the 90 acre site. We are also keen to hear from community groups who may be interested in joining us.
