Talented artist for graphic novel / comic book collaboration

Script writer with interests in Indy US comics and European graphic novels, I am looking for a professional or keen amateur to prepare a teaser package with view to send it to both European and American comic book publishing houses. The story I’m working on is a modern thriller taking place in England and Russia. There is a hint of the occult and rogue genetic engineering. He story starts with the Napoli and a gruesome discovery made in one of the containers….
