Waking Womens Workshop

Have you reached a certain place and are unsure of where to go next? From my own passion for helping women to find their inner spark and grow it in the world, I am offering a Women's Workshop called 'Waking Women' for all women who would like to awaken their own inner potential and purpose. This new workshop is 10.30am-4.30pm Saturday 9th April 2016 in Totnes, at The Nautilus Rooms on Fore st and the fee for the day is £57 / Early bird £45 if booked by 31st March 2016.

We will use different techniques and individual and group exercises to identify inherent gifts and deep meditation to tap into your innate inner guidance.

The aim of the workshop will support you in:

Expanding your view of life in 2016 and tapping into inner personal guidance for 2016
Moving beyond limiting beliefs and patterns
identifying and removing personal blocks
Consciously focusing on what it is you wish to create
Creating new ways of taking steps towards your dreams.
Using visualisations and meditations to support your new creations
Learning simple muscle checking techniques as a resource in everyday life
