Smooth Space presents 'over the horizon' at Berry Head NNR

Come and see 3 newly commissioned artworks in the exhibition 'over the horizon' at Berry Head NNR in Brixham:

- David Harbott has painted directly onto the surface of the Berry Head car park with acrylic line marking paint.
'Life at x5' and 'Life at x10' are accurate representations of Berry Head's globally rare calcareous limestone grasslands - the only 22 hectares on the planet!

- Anna Keleher collected, collaged and edited stories and found a way to bring them together as if around a fire. 'The Ballad of Berry Head' is an audio and screen based work celebrating the individuality of the Berry Head visitors.

- Kate Paxman made an immersive, 3-screen installation which was filmed in Berry Head's locked and gated Inner Quarry, showing a usually inaccessible part of the site.

Kate's and Anna's work is playing in the Guardhouse Visitor Centre which is open at weekends throughout the winter.
