Tambourelli

Radical flower arranging guild – The Order of the Black Tulip invite you to partake in a game of Tambourelli on Thursday 22nd August. Tambourelli is a fun and exciting sport that originated in Africa and spread to Italy and Scotland. This sport is quite similar to badminton but follows the rules to table tennis and to make it even more interesting, tambourines are used to hit the shuttlecock instead of rackets! Expect a customised net, drawing activities, cloudy lemonade, gramophone music, prizes and plenty of fun guaranteed! Fitness level is unimportant, everyone is welcome and of course, there is an optional dress code ‘sports-glam’.

Tambourelli is open to all ages with a suggest donation of £2. On Thursday 22nd August either meet at Spacex for 4pm or drop-in to Bull Meadow Park from 4.30pm
