The Crescent presents DAZZLING DARREN MAGIC ACADEMY

The Academy will take place in our amazing secret room here at The Crescent. Parents will be welcomed to sit in our adjoining room and relax with a coffee whilst students learn their magic.
Dazzling Darren is a professional magician and has studied the art since the age of 5! He entertains thousands of children each year across Yorkshire and we have brought his magic academy to Batley for 2 days only over the Easter holidays.

This special 2-hour magic academy created just for The Crescent will be a fun-packed two and a half hour session.

Darren will teach two one-hour sessions split by a 30-minute break where children can enjoy unlimited drinks and a snack whilst practising the magic they learned and sharing them with each other.

In the first hour, Dazzling Darren Magic Academy students will learn how to float a wand, how to make a ring jump from finger to finger and how to make things appear to grow and shrink!

In the second hour, students will learn an amazing magic trick with cards that will fool the grown-ups, a miracle transformation and a way to guess anyone’s birthday! The session finishes with a Dazzling Darren Magic show which the parents will be invited to enjoy if they wish.

Students will all receive an A5 Dazzling Darren Magic Academy Pack to keep their instructions and things they are given or make. To complete the academy all students will receive a Dazzling Darren Certificate to say they completed the course. As long as they promise never to reveal the secrets!

Students will also learn so much more than just magic tricks. They will pick up skills including confidence, body language, interaction and voice projection, all skills that will help them at school and for the rest of their lives.
