Let's Dance Workshop

‘Let’s Dance’ is an open dance workshop/class for anyone over 55, regardless of experience, who would like to dance, meet new people, perform and of course have lots of fun! The classes are run by professional, experienced dancer Louise White

There are two dance classes held in the theatre at The Old Town Hall on a Monday – in the morning between 11am and 12.30pm and in the afternoon between 1pm and 2.30pm.

The classes focus on mobility, fitness and creative dance with light stretches, moving towards simple routines.

You will need to wear something loose that you feel comfortable dancing in, you can have bare feet or wear some soft shoes that you can move safely in.

These classes are very popular, so book early to avoid disappointment.
