Join Monty Don for an exclusive evening of champagne and canapes on The Great Lawn and a really special event celebrating craft and nature in the Great Hall.

We are delighted to welcome Monty here on this his very first event at The Great Hall, Dartington when he will be talking about his love of craft and nature and he will answer your questions at this fundraising event ‘Beautiful and Useful’ – a reference to textile designer William Morris’ suggestion to “have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful”.

This event will launch the fundraising campaign for Schumacher College’s new Craft Apprenticeship programme 2016.

The £40 tickets will raise funds for student bursaries for those who not otherwise be able to afford the Craft Apprenticeship programme which starts in 2016
